We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended our Blaydon networking meeting this afternoon. It was a productive session with a great mix of familiar and new faces.
A key part of the meeting was our Charity Chat with Paula, Cole, Lewis, and Ross from Smile for Life (https://smileforlife.org.uk/). They shared valuable insights into their work supporting young people with physical and learning disabilities across the North East. Their passion for this cause was evident, and we found their description of the Cafe Beam cafes in Gosforth and Ouseburn particularly inspiring. These cafes offer both a service to the community and opportunities for those who Smile for Life supports. We encourage you to visit them if you are in the area.
Our reverse networking session also proved to be a valuable experience for attendees. This format allows participants to share business insights and collaboratively address challenges, fostering learning and growth within our network. We believe everyone left with new connections and perspectives.
